Curdie shakes hands with the doctor and it appears he has a snake hand.

Curdie sees the doctor put poison in the sick kings wine! The doctor wanted to kill the king!

The doctor is like a snake because he uses yellow snake poison on the king. The doctor yells, blows in the kings eyes, and pinches him to wake him up, in order to give him the poison.

Then there is the baker. The baker has a monkey hand and bakes a lot of bread that he loves to eat. That is why the baker is like a monkey

If I was a human cheetah I’d be very playful, aggressive, and nice.
